LCA Development is family-owned and family-operated. The continuity is not a marketing line — it is the reason counterparties keep coming back.
Development is a long-form business. The drawings change; the people should not.
For more than forty years, our family has developed and invested in real estate across Central Florida and the Southeast — more than $1 billion of it. Along the way that has meant 5,000+ apartment units and over 500,000 square feet of Central Florida retail, plus commercial planned developments, residential communities, ground leases and land held for what it would one day become.
The work has spanned several cycles. What did not change was the way we did it: our own capital, our own name on the deal, and decisions made by the people who live with the consequences.
Today the company operates in the tradition established as LCA Development & Realty — the same family, the same markets, and the same insistence that a commitment made informally is still a commitment.
A family business only survives if the next generation earns the same trust the last one did. That is the standard we hold ourselves to: same markets, same discipline, same accountability — with the capacity to move on larger opportunities than ever before.
If you have known this family for decades, nothing about how we work will surprise you. If you are meeting us for the first time, that consistency is the fastest way to understand us.
Most of our best work began with an introduction and no particular agenda. We are always glad to have that conversation.
